You will firstly need to place an order with the sales team. Either send us your order via sales@fencing-direct.co.uk, or give us a call on 01283 319975. You can pay over the phone when you place your order, pay via bank transfer, or request a credit account.
Depending on the product, delivery can take place within 48 hours, up to 3 weeks. Each products availability is indicated on the website, and will also be indicated to you on your order confirmation. If your selection of products have various lead times, we will ask if you would like to wait for them all to be delivered at the same time, or deliver as they become avaliable.
As soon as your order is received, one of the team will check it over, and process it onto our system. You will then receive an order confirmation within 1 working hour confirming your order. Once you have confirmed this is all correct, your payment is verified. If you are paying by bank transfer or card over the phone, payment must be cleared before your order is sent for picking/manufacture. a couple of days before your delivery due date, one of the team will be in contact to confirm delivery day and address.
Depending on your product type and quantity, delivery may arrive by parcel courier, on palletised transport, or it may form part of a contracted multi-drop. This will be communicated to you a few days prior to your delivery. Unless agreed in writing, offloading of the delivery is your responsibility.
